I lived for years with anxiety humming under the surface…trying to keep everyone happy, holding everything together, and believing that if I just tried harder, life would finally feel easier. Even while being “spiritual,” I didn’t trust Spirit to have my back. I relied on control instead.

What changed everything wasn’t fixing my life…it was learning how to listen differently.

My 60-minute Spiritual Counseling sessions are a space where you can finally exhale. Where you don’t have to perform, explain, or have it all figured out. Together, we slow down and invite Spirit into the conversation, not in a religious way, but in a deeply practical, grounding one.

Each session begins with prayer, creating a clear and intentional container for our work. We focus on what’s really happening beneath the anxiety, the dissatisfaction, or the sense of being stuck. I share messages from Spirit alongside practical tools that help you create real movement in areas like work, relationships, finances, health, creativity, and life direction.

You will always leave with clarity, an intention you can feel in your body, and simple, actionable steps that support lasting change. Not overwhelm. Not more “to-do’s.” Just the next right step.

These sessions are spiritual rather than religious and welcome all belief systems. They offer accountability, compassion, and empowerment, helping you release the need to control and learn how to trust, one moment at a time.
