Patience is my favorite thing to practice! Said no one ever. I wonder if doctors call their clients patients because that’s what has to be practiced when waiting in the waiting room. But, I digress. When I think of patience, I think of accepting and believing that Divine timing is playing out. That doesn’t always seem obvious when I’m “in a hurry“. But again who is deciding to be in a hurry? When I can remember to relax into the moment and accept the timing, that is unfolding, I experience peace. When I practice patience, I can flip the script and stop the upset that comes from tapping my foot and insisting that my idea of timing is the best for everyone. Maybe that’s why patience is a virtue. 😅
