At the beginning of each year we reflect, release, and think about things we'd like things to change.


But then we think:“Okay… now what?”

3. Practice Small Trust Decisions When making simple choices (what to eat, which email to answer first, when to rest), notice your first instinct, what feels right, and follow it. Track how often your intuition is already guiding you well.
